We Are With You operates a residential rehabilitation facility, offering support for individuals dealing with substance use and mental health challenges. Our establishment accommodates a range of individuals seeking to transform their lives through recovery and personal growth. Our facility includes a main residence and additional supportive housing options for those requiring specialized therapeutic interventions.
As part of our dedicated team, you will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals, including person-centered counselors and art therapists. In your role as a Residential Care Assistant, you will empower our residents to participate in activities that enhance their daily living skills, such as meal preparation, household management, shopping, and most importantly, rediscovering joy in their recovery journey. You will also have the chance to assist in facilitating workshops focused on essential life skills and personal goal setting.
We seek individuals with experience in supporting clients with substance use issues, preferably in a residential context.
