About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Wood Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for running a busy section, cooking to a high standard, and mentoring junior chefs. You will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About You:

  • You will have current base knowledge and experience of the kitchen within a quality-driven hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
  • You will be enthusiastic and willing to take on new responsibilities, adopting a flexible approach to assist in different areas of the kitchen as business and guest needs dictate.
  • You will have the ability to impart your knowledge to junior members of the team.
  • You will be up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and have a desire to learn and innovate.
  • You will possess a high level of emotional intelligence, enabling you to anticipate our guests' needs and deliver a personalized experience.
  • You will be able to demonstrate how you would deliver our guest experience standards at Hand Picked Hotels, which includes going above and beyond to ensure guests have a high-quality, personalized, and magical experience.
