Strings and Music Therapy Departments Manager

The Guildhall School of Music & Drama is a world-renowned institution, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our Strings and Music Therapy Departments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional management, financial, and organisational support to our Heads of Strings and Music Therapy, as well as dealing with matters related to students, professors, and external bodies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all aspects of the day-to-day running of the Strings and Music Therapy Departments
- Provide high-level management, financial, and organisational support to the Heads of Strings and Music Therapy
- Deal with matters related to students, professors, and external bodies associated with the Departments
- Maintain high standards, remain calm under pressure, and demonstrate excellent communication, numeracy, and time management skills
- Have advanced MS Office and IT competency
- Have a wide and varied experience in a performing arts/educational establishment undertaking a senior administrative role
