Bartender and Mixologist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving delicious cocktails and beverages to our customers. If you have a passion for mixology and creating unique drink experiences, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create innovative and visually appealing cocktails based on customer preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and offering drink recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and cocktail presentation
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple drink orders efficiently
- Exceptional hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Basic math skills for accurately measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £6.70-£13.00 per hour
