Warehouse Operative Role

As a Warehouse Operative at Go Swag, you'll play a crucial role in the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming stock
  • Store stock in the appropriate locations within the warehouse
  • Pick and pack merchandise for orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare shipping labels and documentation
  • Ensure inventory counts are accurate and conduct regular stock checks
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols and guidelines
  • Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged goods
Team Go

We have a team approach to our work and how we deliver it. As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting efficient order fulfillment. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will contribute to the overall success of our business.

Reporting and Accountability

You'll report to the Operations Manager and work closely with other warehouse team members. You're expected to contribute to the broader strategic development of the business and be a role model to demonstrate Go's values.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, flexible, quick-thinking, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment. You should have prior experience as a warehouse operative or in a similar role, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
