Nursery Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions in Cannock. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a busy nursery and work with a dedicated team to provide high-quality care and education to children.


Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare
  • At least 6 years' experience of working in a Day Nursery
  • At least 3 years' experience of leading and supporting teams
  • Ability to inspire, energise and support others
  • Genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
  • Firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
