Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, organization, and successful execution of projects, adhering to established delivery frameworks and IT protocols.
- Ensure projects are carried out efficiently, aligning with the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels, as well as with internal IT teams.
- Establish and manage project governance and delivery methodologies in accordance with the organization's IT framework.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as necessary.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining dependencies and developing detailed work breakdown structures (WBS).
- Champion change management processes to uphold project scope and timelines.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management within a structured environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver strategic projects on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects involving diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills for senior management.
- Analytical and logical thinking, combined with innovative problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, including WBS, CPM, Gantt charts, and stakeholder analysis.
- Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies, such as PRINCE2 or equivalent and Agile/SCRUM.
- Project Management certifications, such as Prince2 and/or Agile/SAFe, are highly advantageous.
