Job Title: Senior Care Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Care Manager to join our team at Optimumcare 4U Limited. As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective clinical leadership, governance, and management to ensure the delivery of high-quality holistic care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of care.
  • Manage the effective use of resources and maintain high levels of occupancy.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure the smooth running of the service.
  • Participate in On-Call Manager Rota and take calls out of hours.

Requirements:

  • Relevant professional qualification in Level 5 Adults Health & Social Care or equivalent.
  • 2 years' work experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Registered Manager in a residential environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
  • Understanding of appropriate legislation.
  • Ability to participate in On-Call Manager Rota and take calls out of hours.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Registered Nurse (RMN/RGN) experience in complex care for adults.
  • Business development experience of setting up new services and engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Experience of leading on CQC inspection and received a minimum of a Good rating.
  • Proven success of development of staff teams and individuals.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime.
  • Weekend availability.
