About the Role

The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Curriculum and Quality Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our BCA team, you will play a vital role in supporting the administration of student absence, updating college management systems, and coordinating trips, visits, and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the student absence line and update college management systems
  • Support the organization of trips, visits, and events
  • Produce monitoring reports and collect data
  • Check and maintain course files and manage information in a timely manner
  • Assist with timetabling and rooming allocation
  • Check registers and withdrawals/transfers
  • Manage curriculum and quality databases and spreadsheets
  • Collate information for student discipline meetings
  • Assist with exam entries
  • Support the organization and administration of lettings
  • Act as a clerk for curriculum and academic meetings
  • Organize meetings and maintain diaries
  • Filing and managing department budgets, purchases, stationery, and expenditure records
  • Maintain the sickness reporting process
  • Support delivery in College Open Days and other events
  • Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Safeguard students
  • Maintain discipline
