As an Infrastructure Systems Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting project operations within the water sector. Your expertise in project assistance will be essential in developing task schedules, assembling job documentation, and working closely with both field teams and technical departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive job documentation and manage task scheduling to ensure seamless project execution.
- Collaborate effectively with field personnel and technical teams to facilitate the completion of client projects.
- Utilize GIS mapping tools to create detailed asset investigation packages, ensuring efficient project workflows.
- Serve as the primary liaison for field team inquiries, coordinating with technical leads to prioritize tasks and provide necessary support.
- Initiate and manage permits for work stages under the guidance of project managers and engineers.
- Oversee the scheduling of field team assignments, taking into account resource availability and project demands.
- Conduct audits and update project documentation as needed, addressing any discrepancies or issues identified during surveys.
- Foster strong client relationships by participating in project meetings, providing updates, and conducting post-project evaluations.
- Maintain accurate project trackers, documenting progress, changes, and any obstacles encountered.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed, including updating master trackers and liaising with stakeholders for necessary information.
- Gain proficiency in company software tools, including Jobwatch, iAuditor, and Office365.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project support capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate the project lifecycle effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Solid understanding of logistics and operational project needs.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Contract Details:
- Full-Time, Permanent Position
- Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working model available after successful probation period
