About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Administrator to join our team at Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics. As a key member of our administration/support function, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing document management systems, planning, balancing and prioritising team resources, including ongoing mentoring and coaching your reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement document management systems to ensure efficient and secure management of documents
  • Plan, balance and prioritise team resources to meet business objectives
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and update technical information, trackers, data, meeting management, audits, safety and governance information
  • Take responsibility for leading a team, including guiding interns and ensuring effective communication and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Great communication and planning skills
  • Ability to understand work prioritisation and manage multiple tasks
  • Confident approach to new ideas and systems
  • Experience of Microsoft applications, ideally with an NVQ to level 3
  • Positive attitude and a 'can-do' approach to work
