As a key member of our administration/support function, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing document management systems, planning, balancing and prioritising team resources, including ongoing mentoring and coaching your reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement document management systems to ensure efficient and secure management of documents
- Plan, balance and prioritise team resources to meet business objectives
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and update technical information, trackers, data, meeting management, audits, safety and governance information
- Take responsibility for leading a team, including guiding interns and ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Requirements:
- Great communication and planning skills
- Ability to understand work prioritisation and manage multiple tasks
- Confident approach to new ideas and systems
- Experience of Microsoft applications, ideally with an NVQ to level 3
- Positive attitude and a 'can-do' approach to work
