About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Pegasus Homes. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our developments, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general customer service and be the point of contact for our owners and tenants
  • Conduct regular checks, including fire alarm testing, water flushing, and emergency light testing
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Development, and Completions
  • Facilitate external contractors and ensure the smooth operation of our developments
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and regulations
  • Assist with the move-in process and provide a warm welcome to our residents
  • Organize events and activities to foster a sense of community and belonging
  • Respond to emergencies and provide support to our residents
Requirements
  • Professional and highly organized approach
  • Proactive attitude and ability to use initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT skills, with knowledge of Google Workspace an advantage
  • Experience in facilities or property management, with a focus on health and safety
