Join Our Team as a Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in one of our inspirational SEN Schools in Ashington.

About the Role:

  • Work effectively alongside Class Teachers and other Teaching Assistants to ensure all pupils receive the best possible levels of support.
  • Support pupils with a wide range of SEN and challenging behaviour, such as varying levels of ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized learning plans to meet the needs of students with SEN.
