Property Manager

Our client, a leading residential block and estate management company in Buckinghamshire, is seeking a property manager to join their dynamic team. This role involves managing a portfolio of blocks and estates on behalf of Residents Management Companies across the northern home counties.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Charge Budgeting: Prepare and manage service charge budgets for the portfolio of blocks and estates.
- Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of developments to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance activities with contractors to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
- Contractor Compliance: Ensure contractors comply with company policies and procedures.
- Resident Support: Address resident and leaseholder inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting: Provide regular client reports to stakeholders.
- Strong IT Skills: Proficient in using IT systems to manage property portfolios.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in budgeting and reporting.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills to provide support to residents and leaseholders.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Driving License: Full UK driving license and own vehicle required.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Salary and benefits: £28,500 - £38,000, 28 days annual leave, pension scheme with.
