Property Manager Job Description
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our dynamic team at PMR. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of blocks and estates on behalf of Residents Management Companies across the northern home counties.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare service charge budgets to ensure accurate financial planning
* Conduct routine inspections of developments to identify potential issues
* Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely and effective repairs
* Ensure contractor compliance with health and safety standards
* Address resident and leaseholder inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment
* Provide regular client reports to keep stakeholders informed
**Requirements**
* Strong IT skills to manage and analyze data
* Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision
* Excellent customer service abilities to build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders
* Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Problem-solving skills and creativity to resolve complex issues
* Full UK driving license and own vehicle required for travel
**Working Hours and Benefits**
* 37.5 hours per week
* Salary: £28,500 - £38,000
* 28 days annual leave
