Key Responsibilities- Lead and Support: Provide clear leadership and technical support to the HR Documentation team, mentoring team members to deliver high-quality, commercially focused advice and documentation.
- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Documentation Consultancy team, ensuring efficient completion of video and telephone assessments, meeting client SLAs and KPIs with no work left outstanding.
- Quality Control: Ensure all HR documentation meets the highest standards of compliance with employment law, reducing the risk of negligence claims.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their HR documentation needs, creating new documents or reviewing existing ones, ensuring all work aligns with company policies and addresses client needs.
- Team Development: Foster a positive, consistent, and motivated team environment, leading recruitment efforts, managing induction training, and ensuring ongoing professional development.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly review team performance against KPIs, conduct one-on-one meetings, and provide constructive feedback, keeping detailed records and preparing reports for management.
- HR Expertise: A deep understanding of HR practices and employment law is essential, providing expert guidance and ensuring compliance.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills are a must, mentoring and motivating the team to achieve their full potential.
- Client Focus: Confident and professional in client interactions, handling sensitive situations with diplomacy.
