About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Nurse to join our team at Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Trust. As a key member of our Children and Neonatal Hospital at Home Team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the ongoing development of our service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective care to children and their families in a hospital at home setting
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • 1st Level NMC Registration
  • Evidence of Professional Development
  • Act as a practice supervisor
  • Will to undertake Practice Assessor Training
  • Relevant Degree or willingness to register to work towards degree
  • Relevant or willingness to undertake relevant module/course
  • Experience of maintaining accurate records
  • Relevant clinical knowledge and experience
