Used Car Sales Manager

Sytner Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Bentley Leicester.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitability in the used vehicle department and ensuring exceptional customer retention.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and manage a team of sales executives
- Conduct weekly sales meetings and provide sales mentoring and support
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record of success in a leadership role, preferably within the automotive industry.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to drive results-oriented teams.
