About the Role

Sytner Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Bentley Leicester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving profitability in the used vehicle department and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed
About You

We are looking for a sales leader with a proven track record of success in the automotive industry. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results. You will also have a deep understanding of the used car market and be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
