At Vivify, we are dedicated to simplifying the process for schools to rent out their sports and leisure facilities. Our Community Engagement Facilitators are committed to delivering exceptional service to the groups utilizing these spaces.

Role Overview: To warmly welcome our clients and their groups into the educational facilities, ensuring that all areas are prepared and accessible for a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide an outstanding experience for our clients, ensuring that every customer enjoys a positive and memorable visit. Assist with the setup of facilities for rentals and school-related events, from arranging sports equipment to activating lighting systems.
  • Perform light cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness of the premises, ensuring that everything is left in its original condition for the next day’s activities.
  • Ensure the security and safety of the facility by managing access points and securing the premises at the end of each shift.
  • Conduct health and safety inspections throughout the shift, reporting any issues or hazards through our company platform to uphold high standards of safety and cleanliness.
  • Comprehensive training will be provided, both in-person and online, to equip the Community Engagement Facilitator with the necessary skills and knowledge for the role, including site orientation, safety protocols, and customer service techniques.
  • We take pride in our service quality and may involve the Community Engagement Facilitator in additional tasks to support the school, clients, and the Vivify team.
