About the Role:

The Bavarian State Office for Health and Food Safety (LGL) is seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Manager to lead the development of the "ecertBY" application. This innovative project aims to digitally support the entire certification process for third-country exports of food and feed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product backlog and approve technical concepts and user stories
  • Monitor product development and development phases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including certifying authorities and commercial enterprises

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in export and certification, as well as technical content of the future specialist application
  • Agile project management experience and knowledge of digitization projects
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills, assertiveness, and organizational talent
  • Comprehensive knowledge of German (at least language level B2 according to CEFR)
