We are looking for a full-time position (40 hours/week) as soon as possible
a SAP Application Specialist Materials Management & Concur (m/f/d)
in our IT & Digital division in the IT Cluster Internal Systems at the Frankfurt am Main location.
The IT & Digital division at the DFB comprises the four product clusters "Sport", "Marketing", "Internal Systems" and "Clubs/Associations". Technical implementation and ongoing operations are the responsibility of the Technology & Operations division, which is responsible for providing technical expertise, ensuring the technical infrastructure and smooth processes.
As a SAP Application Specialist Materials Management & Concur (m/f/d), you will be responsible for some of the systems and applications in the Internal Systems cluster. You will focus on SAP S/4 Public Cloud Material Management for central purchasing and travel management, including related systems. You are the main know-how carrier for the functional and technical functioning of the applications relevant to the procurement and travel processes. You also have the tasks of a technical project manager and coordinate the technical implementation.
Independent support and administration of SAP S/4 with a focus on materials management & travel management as well as connected third-party systems and their interfaces
Active participation in projects and processes for the further development of the end-to-end procurement process and the travel management solution (conception, customizing & testing)
Checking and accompanying the semi-annual releases of SAP S/4 Public Cloud with regard to benefits for the DFB and effects on current processes
Conducting and organizing user training
Collaboration in IT operating processes and monitoring of interfaces in the sales process
Completed Bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics or a related field with subject-specific further training and certification in the SAP environment
Several years of professional experience, including at least two years as an SAP consultant for SAP MM and / or SAP Concur
Experience in the design and technical implementation of SAP/SAP-related solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
A high level of quality awareness as well as an independent, structured and proactive way of working to drive the DFB forward with digital progress
Team player with an open mindset and pragmatic implementation skills
