The role of a Uniform Management Specialist is crucial in maintaining the professional appearance of our team. You will oversee the upkeep of all staff uniforms, ensuring they are impeccably clean, pressed, and in prime condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the distribution and collection of uniforms, maintaining precise records.
- Conduct inspections of uniforms for any signs of wear or damage, facilitating repairs or replacements as needed.
- Operate and care for laundry machinery, including washers, dryers, and pressing equipment.
- Ensure that all uniforms meet the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Organize and maintain the uniform room, ensuring it is tidy, stocked, and well-organized.
- Assist with inventory management through regular counts and reordering of uniforms as necessary.
- Collaborate with various departments to address uniform requirements for special occasions or new staff members.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
Compensation:
£12.60 per hour plus service charge.
