We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Director to join our team at McDonald's Corporation. As a key member of our Strategy, Insights, and Transformation team, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and delivering strategic initiatives that drive growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Refine Business Plans: Develop and refine a deliverable, costed business plan that aligns with our company's purpose, vision, and business strategy. Adapt and maintain the plan to accommodate changing priorities, resources, or external factors.
- Ensure Strategic Alignment: Recognize the impact of global initiatives across the business and ensure they are reflected in overall plans, balancing with local market initiatives.
- Project Portfolio Management: Ensure the business plan ladders-up to the strategy and is translated into clear plans that everyone can understand, shaping a balanced, sustainable, and deliverable project portfolio.
- Project Intake and Governance: Accountable for the project intake process and maintain the integrity of the project portfolio by ensuring project business cases are valid and that approved projects are initiated, prioritized, funded, and resourced for success.
- Market Capacity and Prioritization: Understand existing market capacity to enable prioritization of work and support definition of and mobilization of in-market teams for each project/programme.
- Trade-Offs and Dependencies: Proactively identify trade-offs and dependencies and equip Leadership and Change Steering Group with the information needed to make informed strategic and commercial decisions.
- Project Governance Framework: Define and implement an effective project governance framework and establish the tools and templates required to support this.
- Leadership Reporting: Define and lead high-quality regular Leadership reporting to enable clear understanding of project portfolio status and enable informed decisions.
- Business Planning and Governance: Work closely with Business Strategy & Insight to agree effective business planning timelines and responsibilities and contribute to the continued improvement of the business planning framework and processes.
- Investment Governance: Work with finance for effective investment governance for all projects in the portfolio.
- Programme Integration: Collaborate closely with Enterprise Transformation Office and program leadership to seamlessly integrate and execute programmes such as GBS, Arch OS, MCX, etc, in market.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison with various stakeholders, including global, segment, and market leadership to drive alignment.
- Change Vision and Strategy: Align leadership on change vision and strategy across the market, ensuring leaders understand their role and advocate for change. Drive a connected transformational message across all programmes.
- Market Communications: Accountable for the organization of and delivery of market communications in relation to delivery of transformational programmes.
- Change Management Leadership: Provide effective change management leadership for UK & Ireland, ensuring the change vision is delivered using innovative solutions, fostering a strong and robust project management culture.
- Operating Model: Be the custodian of the UK&I operating model, proactively and independently challenging and innovating to find new ways to improve the way we work as a business.
- Project Management Capability: Accountable for the development of project management capability across the business.
- Leadership Competency: Champion and embed leadership competency of Change Proficiency aligned with internal standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide objective and friendly challenge to everything we do through a transformation lens.
You will be part of the Strategy, Insights, and Transformation team in the UK&I market, and also part of the global Transformation Management Office. These teams connect people across the business to focus on delivering the right projects, in the best way, to achieve our business goals.

Requirements:- Project Mgmt. Professional (PMP) Certified
- Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, HR, Data & Analytics, or related field
