Job Summary

We are seeking a Support Professional to join our team and support young adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex behaviours to lead fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support service users with daily tasks and activities
  • Help service users access community and local area resources
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning

Requirements

  • A minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK
  • A caring and compassionate nature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to learn and develop skills in social care
