Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users with daily tasks, promoting their independence, and enabling them to access community resources and leisure activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support young adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex behaviours to lead fulfilling and independent lives.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encourage and support service users to access community resources, such as clubs, leisure facilities, and local events.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organisation.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK.
  • A caring and compassionate nature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • A commitment to promoting the rights, dignity, and well-being of individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex behaviours.
