Service Desk Operations Specialist

**Job Title:** Service Desk Analyst
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Corecom Consulting. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing first-line support to internal staff and partners, ensuring seamless IT operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming tickets and perform checks on MS Teams consoles
- Manage network connectivity issues and assist with new starters and leavers
- Utilize ServiceNow for ticket management, change approvals, and asset management, as well as Salesforce for CRM
- Work within a process-driven environment and adhere to ITIL principles
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Experience with Intune and Active Directory (AD)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
