Job Description

**Job Title:** Service Desk Analyst

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Corecom Consulting. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing first-line support to internal staff and partners, ensuring seamless IT operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming tickets and perform checks on MS Teams consoles
  • Manage network connectivity issues and assist with new starters and leavers
  • Utilize ServiceNow for ticket management, change approvals, and asset management, as well as Salesforce for CRM
  • Work within a process-driven environment and adhere to ITIL principles

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Experience with Intune and Active Directory (AD)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
