Key Responsibilities

Your main duty will be to ensure exceptional service delivery to our customers by leading a team within the LFC warehouse operations. You will concentrate on adhering to legal and budgetary standards while guaranteeing the utmost level of customer satisfaction through established service level agreements (SLAs). By setting a strong example, you will promote engagement and uphold our values within your team, ensuring open and effective communication. Your customer-focused mindset will prioritize customer needs in all operational activities and decision-making processes. You will manage and coach your colleagues, driving their performance towards meeting targets and collaborating with other team members within the LFC to achieve site objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining health and safety protocols, planning resource allocation for your team, and ensuring the accuracy and security of inventory. By effectively engaging and inspiring your colleagues, managing and developing the team, and responding adeptly to customer demands, you will foster a culture where team members enjoy their work and contribute to the overall success of the LFC.

As a proficient leader, you will bring expertise in warehouse and retail operations. Your understanding of multi-drop delivery and customer final mile logistics enables you to prioritize customer needs and cultivate a team culture where all members recognize the impact of their actions on service and business outcomes. With a proven history of leading large, diverse teams in a unionized setting, you possess effective decision-making skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to listen and respond to customer needs.
