About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of live events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the technical aspects of live events, including equipment setup, testing, and operation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Lead a team of technicians to prepare, rig, and de-rig equipment prior to events.
  • Provide on-site technical support during events to ensure smooth execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and increase sales potential.
  • Proactively communicate with clients after events to gather feedback and improve service levels.
  • Contribute to the development of event concepts and proposals to secure new business.
  • Work closely with the venue team to ensure seamless event execution and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in audio visual project management, preferably in the events industry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong technical knowledge of audio visual equipment and systems.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
