Casa is a series of four neighborhood eateries that bring the warmth of Portugal to London. Since the inception of our London Bridge location, our straightforward menu featuring signature piri-piri chicken, grilled over wood-charcoal, has garnered acclaim from both locals and food critics. Our restaurants are designed to be a home away from home, where we provide genuine hospitality and serve authentic Portuguese dishes family style.

Having recently earned the title of Disruptor Brand at the 2023 Peach 20/20 Hero & Icon Awards and Emerging Concept at the MCA Hospitality Awards 2023, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of our team.

About Casa do Frango Piccadilly:

  • 125-cover dining area, welcoming a diverse clientele each week.
  • Includes The Green Room, a cocktail bar accommodating 100 guests for private events.
  • Features two exclusive dining rooms and a delightful terrace for outdoor dining during the warmer months.

The ideal Sous Chef will:

  • Have a strong background in utilizing fresh ingredients and preparing dishes from scratch.
  • Be a proactive and hands-on leader who can assist the Head Chef in developing and mentoring a large team.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm and initiative, ready to support the Head Chef in all kitchen operations.
  • Possess a genuine passion for food, wine, and hospitality.
  • Demonstrate integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
