Position: Plant & Equipment Coordinator

Overview

The Plant & Equipment Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting essential contacts, focusing on both onshore and offshore equipment, as well as managing hire agreements and service documentation for various projects.


Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and communicate effectively with all key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Collaborate within the team to meet critical project specifications and targets.
  • Maintain and organize service records diligently.
  • Coordinate the hiring of equipment with preferred suppliers, including the preparation and issuance of purchase orders.
  • Oversee equipment tracking, including hire equipment and the collection of relevant certificates for each project.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain safe housekeeping practices.
  • Assist with stock audits and checks as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, such as managing paperwork and filing systems.

Required Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving role requirements.
