About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Officer to join our team at Arguile Search. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing export contracts, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full life cycle of export contracts, including drafting, negotiating, and managing agreements from inception to completion.
  • Engage in contract negotiations to secure favourable terms and conditions while mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including legal and finance, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of contracts.
  • Occasionally travel to the US to engage directly with clients and attend meetings or conferences.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in commercial contract management within the aerospace industry, with a focus on export contracts.
  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills, with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of commercial terms.
  • Ability to travel to the US occasionally as required.
