As the Critical Shift Leader, your primary responsibilities will include Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and addressing Reactive maintenance on both Electrical and Mechanical systems. You will also oversee a dedicated team, liaise with subcontractors, and foster strong relationships with clients. This role operates on a continental shift pattern, ensuring both flexibility and variety in your work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting PPMs and managing Reactive maintenance tasks
- Overseeing Power Systems, Generators, UPS, HVAC units, Fire Safety Systems, and Pumps
- Coordinating with subcontractors to ensure seamless operations
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Maintaining accurate logbooks and performing risk assessments
- Managing necessary permits for operations
- Qualification in Electrical Installations
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial maintenance
- Experience with High Voltage systems (preferred)
- Experience in critical environments (preferred)
