Key Responsibilities:


Foster a joyful and engaging learning atmosphere that promotes choice, independence, and diverse experiences while addressing the needs of all children.

Ensure a safe, nurturing, and secure environment for the well-being of the children.

Assist the Room Lead and Nursery Management in delivering high-quality childcare on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A genuine passion for childcare and a desire to support children in their growth, play, and safety.

• Previous experience working with children under five (preferred).

• A strong interest in building a career in Early Years education and a willingness to pursue a fully funded external qualification.
