We are seeking a qualified Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Reigate Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the staff in your room, ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education.
About the Role
As a Nursery Room Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the needs of every individual child are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
- Take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps as well as supporting the staff team.
- Ensure we encourage and praise children's development and achievements whilst guiding and managing the team in your room.
