Kitchen Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock control, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate and supervise kitchen cleaning and maintenance, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Develop and implement menu planning and costing, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control kitchen expenses, ensuring budgetary compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in food service management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, with the ability to implement and maintain high standards.
