About the Role
Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our innovative nursing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex healthcare needs in their own homes within the community.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have recent NHS or care home experience within the last 12 months and a proven track record of being reliable and dependable. A flexible approach to work would be a great advantage.
You will be responsible for delivering care within packages of care at home and working in a role delivering clinical lead presence across the community, ensuring high-quality care is delivered. This role will challenge your clinical skills as well as your leadership skills.

- Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration experience
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
