Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Owen Daniels. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing precision parts for the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex metal components and tools using 3D CAD software (Creo)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and specifications
  • Compile and maintain accurate documentation and records for design and manufacturing processes
  • Recommend and implement system modifications to improve efficiency and quality

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in a design role
  • Strong knowledge of 3D CAD software (Creo) and IT skills (Mini Tab and Power BI)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
