Compensation:
£53,143 per annum + Overtime.
Shift Pattern: 12 Hours (2 Nights, 3 Off, 3 Days, 2 Off, 3 Nights, 2 Off, 2 Days, 3 Off)
Shift Overview:
Rotating shifts encompassing both day and night schedules, with the first week requiring 5 shifts and the subsequent week only 2 shifts, allowing for 5 days of rest.
Benefits: 198 days off annually, including scheduled time off, 24 shifts of annual leave, and bank holidays such as Christmas, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day.

The facility houses a variety of equipment, including conveyors, ovens, packaging machinery, vision inspection systems, weighing systems, pallet wrappers, liquid filling machines, dryers, seasoning machines, and robotics.
The role entails 60% mechanical and 40% electrical maintenance, encompassing both breakdown support and planned preventive maintenance.
Candidates should possess City & Guilds, NVQ, or BTEC Level 3 qualifications in Engineering Maintenance, ideally obtained through a recognized apprenticeship.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a high-speed manufacturing environment, preferably within the food or FMCG sectors.
- Proficient mechanical and electrical skills are essential, with a strong ability to diagnose and repair machinery faults.
