- Customer Focus: Ensure that the sales team provides an incredible customer experience for every customer interaction.
- Process Improvement: Encourage the sales team to review and improve processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure that the sales team adheres to all manufacturer standards and customer experience obligations.
- Results-Oriented: Manage the day-to-day sales activities to maximize sales revenue and achieve exceptional results.
- Proven Track Record: A proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead by example, manage, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional results.
- Team Management: Experience in supervising a team and managing day-to-day activities.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer focus and ability to provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Computer Literacy: Strong computer literacy and ability to use sales software.
The working pattern will cover a mixture of weekends and weekdays, mainly long days of 4 or 5 days per week, rota dependent.
Pay and BenefitsAs a Sales Controller, you will receive a base salary of £42,000-£49,000 dependent on experience, plus a highly achievable bonus scheme with an OTE of £55k-£60k, plus other company incentives and competitions.
