We are seeking a talented and experienced Offset Printing Specialist to enhance our production capabilities and manage our advanced printing equipment.

Role Summary: In the role of Offset Printing Specialist, you will be tasked with operating our cutting-edge printing machinery, specifically the Heidelberg XL 75 press, which boasts exceptional features designed to maximize efficiency and output quality.

Key Duties:

  • Efficiently operate the Heidelberg XL 75 press to achieve optimal production rates.
  • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of the Autoplate XL 3 system.
  • Implement Push to Stop technology to enhance operational workflows.
  • Utilize the Wallscreen XL and Prinect Press Centre for effective production monitoring.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality printed materials while adhering to production schedules.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of the printing press.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to improve processes and output.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Offset Printer, particularly with the Heidelberg XL 75 or comparable high-performance equipment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Autoplate XL 3, Push to Stop, Wallscreen XL, and Prinect Press Centre functionalities.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced production setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and mechanical understanding.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
