Lead the Way in Renal Care

Are you a seasoned Dialysis nurse looking to take your career to the next level? Our client, a leading provider of renal care services, is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to drive operational and clinical excellence in their dialysis clinic in Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full operational and clinical management of the clinic, ensuring high-quality care and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, and prepare the clinic for audits.
  • Implement continuous improvement activities at both clinic and management levels.
  • Manage finances effectively, including budget planning and cost control.
  • Supervise, train, and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with referring client organisations and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.

What We Offer:

  • Annual salary of £43,000-£49,000 plus a performance bonus.
  • 35 days of holiday (inclusive of 8 bank holidays), increasing with service.

Requirements:

  • Level 1 Nurse registration with the NMC, with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Haemodialysis, including 2 years at a senior level.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team of specialist nurses and practitioners.
  • Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its implications for independent healthcare providers.
  • Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of MS Office.
