Travel Procurement Specialist

Bramwith Consulting is seeking an experienced Travel Procurement Lead to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that optimize costs and enhance service delivery across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the procurement strategy for the global travel category, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering cost savings.
- Manage relationships with key global travel suppliers, negotiating contracts, and driving service excellence.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business travel needs and ensure that procurement activities meet operational and financial objectives.
- Oversee a significant travel spend, ensuring the procurement function delivers measurable value while optimizing processes and improving supplier performance.
- Implement travel procurement strategies that support sustainability goals, compliance, and best practices across the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing global travel procurement, with a strong track record in delivering cost savings and negotiating complex travel contracts.
- Strong negotiation abilities, with experience managing supplier relationships and securing favourable terms.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives for the travel category, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality travel services.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and ensure alignment with procurement strategies.
- Experience working within a global organization, with a deep understanding of international travel procurement challenges and best practices.
