Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Luxury Goods Quality Control Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and authenticity of our second-hand luxury items. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our brand's integrity and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately assess and evaluate second-hand luxury goods, including designer handbags, watches, jewelry, clothing, and accessories to verify their condition and authenticity.
  • Ensure that items meet our quality standards and are in suitable condition for resale.
  • Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain consistency and accuracy in evaluating second-hand products.
  • Create meticulous records of the quality control process, including product details, condition, and images that can be used for third-party authentication sites.
  • Actively participate in process improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to the quality control process to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Requirements
