Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Legal & General Group. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective delivery of our risk-based quality assurance program for Workplace Savings Operations.

Your primary responsibility will be to undertake a risk-based quality program and report your findings in accordance with our Quality Management Framework. This will involve ensuring good customer outcomes, visibility of issues, and confirmation that L&G and regulatory processes are adhered to.

You will also be responsible for evidence that existing colleagues and new starters are competent and meet agreed quality standards through a robust process of quality assurance checks at individual, team, and process levels.

Additionally, you will provide ongoing expert coaching and technical support, participate in audits, technical reviews, IT testing, and other project work as required.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will identify and report any process failures or regulatory breaches, risk events, or near misses in line with L&G Policy.

You will also analyze sampling data, including quality results, complaints, and breach data, to identify patterns and underlying root-causes of quality issues and report on the findings.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Undertake a risk-based quality program and report findings in accordance with the Quality Management Framework.
  2. Evidence competence and quality standards through quality assurance checks.
  3. Provide expert coaching and technical support.
  4. Participate in audits, technical reviews, and project work.
  5. Identify and report process failures and regulatory breaches.
  6. Analyze sampling data to identify quality issues.
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a sound understanding of regulatory requirements and a good knowledge of:

  1. The Quality Management Framework.
  2. Pensions.
  3. Complaint identification and hand-off procedures.
  4. Microsoft products, including Dynamics and MS Office Suite.
