Your Role

Embrace the opportunity to leverage your Change Management skills in a pioneering environment. You will collaborate with a dedicated team, reporting directly to the Head of Change Management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing Change Control Management (CCM) activities within the project.
  • Implementing standard procedures and ensuring compliance among team members.
  • Representing the CCM discipline in project meetings.
  • Conducting lessons learned sessions for CCM and driving improvements.
  • Ensuring adherence to the Configuration Management Plan (CMP).
  • Evaluating compliance with CCM requirements and addressing any issues.
  • Monitoring and reporting on CCM performance metrics.
  • Facilitating CCM audits and ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Contributing to the development of training materials and conducting training sessions.
  • Managing configuration activities, including documentation and compliance checks.

Change Management Responsibilities

  • Leading Change Boards and ensuring the clarity of Change Requests.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to monitor and prioritize Change Requests.
  • Facilitating event management and integrating it into the Change Management Process.

Candidate Profile

We prioritize enthusiasm and a proactive attitude over extensive experience. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • In-depth knowledge of Configuration and Change Management.
  • Experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, and related fields.
  • Familiarity with Alstom's configuration and change processes.
  • Significant experience in a configuration and change management role.
  • Experience in an international context.
  • Knowledge of railway products and systems.
  • Proficiency in CCM tools.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with project stakeholders.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement in processes and standards.
