About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Key Holder. As a Key Holder, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, while also contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Review sales performance and implement measures to drive sales and improve profitability
  • Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the achievement of store objectives
  • Recruit, manage, and motivate staff to achieve store goals
  • Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained, including health and safety protocols
