Position Overview

The Exeter Golf and Country Club is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee our diverse dining services.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: £12.20 per hour for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.

Role Responsibilities

As a premier members' club, we understand that exceptional service is paramount. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will play a vital role in enhancing our members' experiences.

This position involves managing various food and beverage areas, such as the Members' Bars, Wear Park Restaurant, Pool Hut, and private event spaces. The role is dynamic and requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, along with a coaching approach and adaptability across different hospitality sectors.

A proactive and exemplary leadership style is essential, as you will collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to elevate the service experience for both guests and staff. This includes fostering team development, boosting morale, and identifying opportunities for service enhancement.

Key attributes for success in this role include self-motivation, a friendly and confident demeanor, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to food safety and quality service delivery.
