Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities within our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the handling of AV equipment, processing orders, and ensuring the smooth operation of logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and storage of AV equipment, ensuring all items are accurately recorded and stored in a secure and accessible manner.
  • Logistics & Transportation: Manage the movement of goods, including loading and unloading equipment, and coordinating with external carriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Staff Support: Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Safety & Maintenance: Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure a safe working environment, and perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Warehouse Systems: Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory, manage pick-lists, and process orders efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in the AV industry.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, with experience using WMS and other logistics software preferred.
  • Forklift operation experience or willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
