Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team at Amari Plastics - West London. This is a hands-on role, where you will play a crucial part in the development and operation of our busy warehouse centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of staff, including machine operators, drivers, and warehouse personnel, to ensure maximum productivity, efficient workflow, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Plan, pick, coordinate, and monitor material processing, ensuring optimal resource utilization and inventory accuracy.
  • Motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork within the workforce to achieve productivity targets and maintain high standards of quality control.
  • Conduct regular stock control checks and ensure inventory accuracy, optimizing the utilization of resources, space, and mechanical handling equipment.
  • Ensure health, safety, and security protocols are consistently followed within the work environment, upholding strong housekeeping standards.
  • Perform key holder responsibilities, including securing the facility, and maintain a flexible schedule to suit the demands of the business.
Requirements
  • Proven people management skills, with the ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team.
  • Forklift proficiency, with experience in operating both counterbalance and reach forklift trucks.
  • Leadership skills, with strong initiative and decisiveness.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a clean, full driving license desirable.
  • Work authorization: United Kingdom.
